What the day will look like

Engage management on aged balances Liaise with Account Executives to promote Premium Finance Investigate credit balances and help set up refund requests Update and maintain comments for tracking and diarizing Assist leadership and other colleagues with projects, using advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe/eCopy and internet browsers for research Apply innovative and proactive approach to deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients, and fellow co-workers both within and outside of immediate team Communicate in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the company such as customers, and senior leadership Maintain manuals, policy, and procedure files, etc. in applicable format Assist in research, testing, and/or implementation of revised policies and procedures Reconcile/coordinate reports with other departments as needed Assist with other responsibilities as requested

Skills and experience that will lead to success

French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally. Possess 2 years or more of administrative and/or Accounts Receivable experience. Knowledge of general office administration. Excellent organization skills, strong attention to details and the ability to multi-task. Effective communication skills (written and oral). Advanced computer skills required (Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as internet browsers and Adobe). Proven ability to identify areas needing improved efficiency and improve techniques and strategies under manager's mentorship. Shows a proactive, collaborative, and innovative working style within a forward-thinking office, always maintaining the highest standards of integrity Shows a clear understanding of personal strengths and areas for development, proactively bringing to bear strengths and seeking manager mentorship to address opportunities for improvement. Post-secondary degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
