You may direct repossession, foreclosure, or asset selling and seizure activities.Responsibilities

• Communicate with delinquent or charged-off credit clients to collect amount owed and negotiate offers where required. Use strong empathy and stakeholder management skills to have these difficult conversations
• May direct repossession, foreclosure, or asset selling and seizure activities
• Build & maintain working knowledge of credit enforcement regulations & legislation. Ensure all enforcement / collections activities operate within legal bounds
• Maintain accurate account records and log of enforcement / collections efforts
