Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers, reconcile balances and ensure company's cash flow
• Act as intermediate between customers and buniness and provide issues resolution
• Represent company in order to reestablish relationship with customers and secure confidence on proper issue resolution
• Influence customers to acheive proper arrangements and meet company's Cash Flow requirements
• Increased problem solving authority and negotiation with customers
• Extended cooperation with sales, invoicing and legal department (both execution & strategic)
• Perform actual discounts analysis and monthly monitoring with discounts governance team.
• Discounts Calculation & Reconciliation of CDAs
• Coordinate and safeguard actual order release process

• University Degree in Finance
• 4 years Experience in credit control
• Judgement skills and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Experience in working with Excel
