As a Credit Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our decision-making process. Working hand-in-hand with our Sales Team, you'll evaluate deals, design creative financing structures, and present your insights to senior decision-makers. Your work won't sit in the background -- it will directly influence how we win deals, serve clients, and drive company growth.

What You'll Do
Credit Underwriting & Analysis:
Dive deep into financial statements, ratios, and credit reports to uncover both risks and opportunities.
Deal Structuring:
Recommend creative credit structures to optimize approvals and client satisfaction.
Market & Collateral Research:
Analyze asset values and industry trends to support decision-making.
Committee Collaboration:
Present findings and recommendations to the adjudication committee.
Policy Alignment:
Stay on top of evolving "credit boxes" to ensure deals align with guidelines.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
Early career professionals welcome -- 1+ year in commercial lending, leasing, or financial analysis is an asset.
Strong foundation in financial statement analysis and accounting concepts.
Intermediate Excel skills; comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
Naturally detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven.
Adaptable, motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
Knowledge of equipment financing in transportation, oil & gas, forestry, construction, or manufacturing would be considered an asset.
