Role Summary

We're seeking a passionate, wildly creative content creator to become the voice (and visuals!) of Fuzion Donuts on social media. This isn't your average gig - it's a partnership where you trade your creative magic for equity in our growing company. You'll craft irresistible content that turns donut lovers into superfans, driving buzz, engagement, and foot traffic to our shops. If you dream in filters, thrive on trends, and can't resist a good pun (e.g., "Donut let this opportunity slip away!"), you'll fit right in. No prior corporate experience needed - just pure, unfiltered creativity and a love for all things doughy and delightful.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated storyteller who sees social media as a canvas for fun, not just a job. You'll work remotely, setting your own schedule, but with the thrill of equity ownership to fuel your fire. As a non-employee contractor, you'll have the freedom to pursue other passions while helping us build Fuzion into a viral sensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation Magic: Develop and produce high-energy, visually stunning content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube - think short-form videos of donut-making mayhem, behind-the-scenes fryer antics, flavor fuzion challenges, user-generated content spotlights, and meme-worthy posts that make mouths water and fingers scroll. Brand Storytelling: Capture the essence of Fuzion's fun, innovative spirit through photos, Reels, Stories, and live sessions. Collaborate with our team on seasonal campaigns (e.g., Halloween "Spooktacular Sprinkles" or holiday "Dough-lightful" giveaways). Engagement Guru: Interact with our community - respond to comments, run polls and Q&As, and spark conversations that build loyalty. Turn followers into advocates who crave our donuts (and share their pics!). Trend Surfing: Stay ahead of social trends, viral challenges, and donut-inspired hacks to keep our feed fresh and feed-worthy. Experiment with AR filters, UGC contests, and cross-platform collabs. Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach) and provide monthly reports on what's glazing our audience. Suggest tweaks to amp up engagement and growth. Equity Alignment: As an equity partner, you'll contribute to Fuzion's long-term vision, with your creativity directly tied to our success - think of it as investing your talent in a slice of the pie (or donut!).

Qualifications & What We're Looking For:

Creative Soul: A genuine passion for content creation - you live for brainstorming wild ideas, editing on the fly, and turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping stories. Bonus if donuts are your spirit animal! Social Media Savvy: Proven experience building engaging content on platforms like Instagram/TikTok (portfolio or examples required). No formal degree needed - show us your vibe through your work. Tech & Tools: Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, or similar tools for quick edits. Basic knowledge of analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights) is a plus. Donut Enthusiast: Love for food, baking, or creative eats. Bonus points if you've got a sweet tooth and ideas for fuzion flavors (e.g., matcha-miso or chili-chocolate donuts). Self-Starter: Reliable, proactive, and able to manage your time without micromanagement. You're in it for the fun and the future equity upside. Equity Mindset: Excited about owning a piece of Fuzion Donuts through stock options (vesting over 4 years, details in our Stock Option Plan). No cash upfront - this is for creators who believe in the brand and want to grow with us. Legal Note: Must be eligible to work in Canada (independent contractor status). 18+ years old.
