The Creative Services Manager is the driving force and keeper of our brand. Thriving on elevating the brand in an inventive manner which resonates with our guests, they are responsible for developing and designing all necessary collateral (including print, digital, advertising, packaging, etc.) for the hotel and its outlets. They will take a lead in project management of the exciting collaborations, events, activations and campaigns, and report to senior leaders on KPIs.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications, you will provide daily support and be a contributing member of an extraordinary Communications Team.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Produce effective print and digital marketing materials (ads, collateral, email newsletters, invitations, brochures, media kits and gifting, packaging, websites, social media, etc.)
  • Assists the Marketing & Communications Manager in overseeing project management for campaigns, activations and events, tracking and reporting on KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Updates and maintains website content and functionality
  • Review, edit, format, and prepare photos for digital upload in Photoshop
  • Manages and leads largescale photography and videography shoots
  • Assists in copywriting original content for promotional materials as needed
  • Maintains quality standards across the production of all creative work
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to understand scope and requirements of creative service requests, developing vision/conceptualization of new materials
  • Conduct ongoing hotel wide brand audits to ensure consistency of all branded collateral pieces
  • Manages vendors, serving as a liaison with print suppliers as needed
  • Ability to take professional photos with a DSLR an asset
  • Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
  • Experience (minimum 3-5 years preferred) in Graphic Design, Print Production, Designing for Web, and Packaging
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS6 including, but not limited to, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, with demonstrated graphic design and creative ability
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, action-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
  • An eye for modern design with a good understanding of luxury products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Thorough understanding of the printing process and stock choices to bring design to life
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with copywriting is an asset

This position will also work closely with Operations Leaders.
