The Company

Our client is a major retailer based in Brampton, Ontario and they are looking for a Creative Resource Manager to drive creative initiatives! The Creative Resource Manager will be working on a hybrid basis for a 1 year contract.

The Position

The Creative Resource Manager is highly organized and has strong interpersonal skills. They will be collaborating with Project Managers, Production Teams, and Brand Managers to effectively manage the delivery workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee resource allocations for the creative and production teams
- Monitor project floats, efficiencies and overload; provide reports on areas of concern and solutions for process improvements
- Track projects through the production phase to monitor workloads and deliverables
- Attend and participate in project meetings including briefings, weekly update meetings, and etc.
- Anticipate and mediate work-flow problems

- 3-5+ years of Resource Management experience or similar
- Experience working with Resource Management software (ie. WorkFront, and/or Float is an asset)
- Strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and negotiate
- Previous agency experience is an asset
