Position Overview
We are seeking a
Project Manager
to lead and coordinate our services with the clients/artists that we work with. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our design projects align with our brand's vision and exceed our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact between our creative team and the client, ensuring we deliver on our clients' success with us. We seek a Project Manager to direct and coordinate client and artist interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable tasks for the creative team and other departments (if applicable). Ensure that our clients are comfortable and confident in everything that we do for them.
Project Leadership:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance:
Review and ensure that all creative outputs meet our brand standards and client expectations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.?
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Qualifications
5+ years in project management within a creative or design-focused environment.
Proven experience in managing client relationships, expectations and engagement.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with coworkers and the clients
Must have a hustle attitude and be able to handle stressful situations
Must be a strong problem solver, thinking outside the box and results oriented.
Proficiency in softwares such as Asana, Trello, Notion, Google Drive, Google Docs, Excel, Etc.
Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc
An eye for design and attention to detail. Must have exceptionally high standards for results.
Creative thinking to find ways to delight customers, be innovative and creative.
Must be able to understand the market of kawaii characters.
