Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative initiatives and drive innovative projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive project management expertise, and a deep understanding of various methodologies and tools such as Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and PMBOK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee product development, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of creative solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities



Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative projects from inception to completion. Manage project planning, requirements gathering, and implementation using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and Scrum. Oversee vendor management, negotiations, and risk management to ensure quality deliverables within scope and budget. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, SharePoint, Confluence, Primavera P6, Workday, Basecamp, and Project Server for effective planning and tracking. Facilitate change management processes to adapt project scopes and priorities efficiently. Supervise team members' performance while fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Oversee product management and product development initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. Conduct data analysis and collection to inform decision-making processes related to project execution. Prepare presentations and reports using Visio or other visualization tools for stakeholder updates. Ensure compliance with quality management standards and organizational policies throughout all phases of project execution.

Skills



Extensive experience with project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, and Scrum. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Primavera P6, Workday, Basecamp, Confluence, and Project Server. Strong leadership capabilities with supervising experience in managing diverse teams. Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Expertise in vendor management, negotiation strategies, risk management practices, and requirements gathering. Knowledge of IT project management concepts including ERP systems like SAP SAS or similar platforms. Data analysis skills for collecting insights that drive strategic decisions in product development and project execution. Familiarity with product management frameworks and tools such as Product development lifecycle processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Pay: $92,960.81-$105,455.87 per year
