We run ROI-driven campaigns for clients across North America, specializing in PPC, SEO, branding, web design, and full-scale content production from our in-house studio. We're looking for an experienced Creative Director to set the creative vision for brands and campaigns, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on-strategy, high-impact creative that connects brand strategy to conversion.
We need a Creative Director who sets the creative vision for brands and campaigns, then translates that direction into clear guidance for designers, developers, editors, and the performance marketing team. You'll connect brand strategy to conversion - elevating identity, messaging, and UX while ensuring assets ship fast, on brand, and measurable.
Work cross?functionally with Paid Media Strategist, SEO, PMs, and Platform/Studios teams

What you'll do
Lead brand creative direction: define brand platforms (purpose, promise, pillars), messaging architecture, tone/voice, visual identity, and motion/photography direction. Build moodboards, references, and styleframes.
Own identity & branding projects: guide naming, logo/mark exploration, typography, colour systems, iconography, component libraries, and brand guidelines (Figma-first with exportable kits).
Translate strategy into production-ready briefs: write tight briefs with problem, hypothesis, audience insight, success metric, deliverables, and references for designers, developers, and editors.
Direct web and product experience: wireframe key pages/flows, partner with developers to implement in Webflow/Framer; ensure accessibility, speed, and CRO best practices.
Collaborate with Performance: turn performance insights into creative tests (hooks, offers, angles), structure A/B calendars, and iterate based on CTR, CVR, and CPA.
Orchestrate the creative pod: set rituals (kickoff, desk checks, review), unblock, and deliver crisp feedback; uphold file hygiene and handoff standards in ClickUp/Drive.
Oversee content & video sprints: define look, pacing, and story beats for short?form and hero content leveraging our in?house studio.
Safeguard brand consistency: maintain and evolve brand systems across web, ads, email, social, and print; track asset reuse and quality via lightweight QA.
Champion client communication: present concepts, explain trade?offs, and gain alignment; translate feedback into actionable next steps.
Must?haves
5-7+ years in agency/brand leadership with a portfolio showing brand systems (identity + guidelines) and performance creative (LPs/ads) that moved metrics.
Mastery of Figma; strong Adobe Suite; confident collaborating with developers (component systems, responsive behaviour, QA).
Proven record briefing and directing multi?disciplinary teams (design, motion, dev) and working tightly with paid media.
Excellent copy instincts (hooks, headlines, messaging architecture) and design taste (composition, typography, motion).
Operational discipline: can stand up SOPs, enforce QA, and run a multi?client pipeline in ClickUp.
