Private equity owned by KKR, Travelopia is headquartered in the UK with offices and marine bases all over the world.The Opportunity:We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Creative Director to join our Marketing leadership team to own the charge in defining, building, and elevating our brand to new heights through creative storytelling! Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this pivotal leadership role will lead our versatile in-house team of designers and copywriters, spearhead creative initiatives, and shape our brand narrative to audiences across every touchpoint. Do you think you have what it takes?Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 CAD plus a Travelopia Management Bonus SchemeResponsibilities:

  • Develop compelling creative strategies and engagement storytelling aligned with target customer, business objectives, and marketing goals, ensuring design and copy efforts are aligned with those goals and coordinated seamlessly.
  • Develop compelling brand messaging that efficiently communicates our unique value proposition and resonates with the target audience and be responsible for the roll out of brand platform evolution, across all customer touchpoints
  • Partner with Four Seasons to own the creative execution for Four Seasons programs
  • Act as guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing mediums, advertising campaigns, print materials, social media channels, PR, media, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Own and evolve comprehensive brand guidelines that outline how the brand should be represented across various channels
  • Lead external agency relationships when needed
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of creative projects, in partnership with Project Management, ensuring adherence to timelines, and aligning the design and messaging with the creative vision and brand standards.
  • Optimize end-to-end creative process, improve efficiencies through automation and self-serve tools, and plan resources accordingly to support both TCS and Partner programs
  • Lead, mentor, work alongside and encourage the creative team of designers and copywriters in the delivery of high-quality design and writing
  • Writing of sensitive guest facing communications, in collaboration with executive team
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and the competitive landscape to continuously innovate on creative offerings.
What we are looking for:\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Experience in a similar creative leadership role either internal or agency side, including design, copywriting, brand narrative, creative strategy.
  • Educational background in design, advertising, marketing, or related field.
  • Confirmed ability to connect brand strategy and creative strategy throughout the customer experience
  • Design proficiency and video experience
  • Copywriting direction experience, including developing tone of voice for customer-facing brands.
  • Well- proficient in digital design and copywriting standard methodologies (including video, banner ads, social media, emails, and web/landing pages), as well as traditional mediums (brochures, event/retail displays, banners).
  • Strong understanding of the creative process, project management, creative development skills \xe2\x80\x93 from drafting briefs to performing deliverables.
  • Strong leadership, people management skills; ability to encourage and motivate team members.
