We're looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead and grow our Design Services team within Marketing. In this role, you'll oversee a team of visual designers responsible for delivering compelling, high-impact creative across all marketing channels -- from brand campaigns to performance ads, web, social media, product marketing, and more. You'll play a key role in elevating our brand while building the structure, process, and creative culture needed to scale.



Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader with B2B SaaS experience who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and knows how to balance exceptional design with business goals.

Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

Lead the development of all marketing creative, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence across campaigns, web, social, paid advertising, events, and product marketing.

Team Management & Growth:

Hire, mentor, and develop a team of visual designers, animators, and video specialists. Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich environment that supports creativity and career growth.

Design Strategy:

Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop design strategies that elevate the brand and drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention.

Project Oversight:

Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, resourcing, and prioritization to ensure team efficiency. Install innovative solutions to improve creative operations and stakeholder management processes.

Brand Development:

Evolve and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity as the company grows and scales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver high-quality creative that aligns with campaign goals and business objectives.

Performance-Driven Design:

Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve creative output and optimize assets for conversion and engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, or Equivalent. 7+ years of design and creative leadership experience, with at least 2+ years managing a team. Exceptional design portfolio demonstrating creative range across brand, events, web, mobile, social, video, advertising, and more. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, and marketing creative best practices. Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or high-growth company. Experience managing creative operations and developing processes that scale with growth. A strong track record of building and mentoring design teams. Experience working with external creative agencies and/or freelancers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many shifting priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI solutions, and Asana.

SMB vertical SaaS or construction-tech experience a strong plus Motion graphics and/or video editing experience Experience supporting go-to-market teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships)
