IntouchCX is searching for a strategic, creative, energetic, driven marketing leader with strong B2B brand experience and communication skills that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and strives for success and results. Does this sound like you? Read on!

The successful candidate must be passionate about all things digital, self-motivated, and prepared to work in an entrepreneurial environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people and make a tangible contribution to one of the industry\xe2\x80\x99s fastest growing, innovative contact centers. This position will work very closely with our Growth, Customer, People, Operations, and Demand Generation teams to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President of Brand & Communications, the Creative Director will be responsible for leading and executing the company\'s creative vision across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing and be able to develop creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The creative director will collaborate with the marketing team to develop a cohesive brand identity, create engaging content, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a Creative Director, You Will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Develop and execute the company\'s creative vision across all marketing channels, including digital, print, video, and events
  • Lead a team of talented designers, videographers, editors, and copywriters in the execution of our brand vision
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a cohesive brand identity that reflects the company\'s values and mission
  • Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, including ideation, concept development, and execution
  • Work closely with the content team to develop engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage the creative process, including the development of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the company\'s brand identity and messaging
  • Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, images, and videos
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to deliver creative projects on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company\'s creative output remains competitive and relevant
Requirements

As a Creative Director, You Have\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Bachelor\'s degree in design, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in design or marketing (with at least 2+ in a leadership position), with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire creative teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of videography, video editing, and 3D design/animation is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for creativity and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
