This is an opportunity to set the creative direction for beloved brands, mentor a high-performing team, and push the boundaries of innovation in toy design and marketing.What You'll Do:

  • Define and shape brand identity across all creative assets, ensuring consistency, originality, and emotional impact.
  • Lead the creative vision for product launches, marketing campaigns, and retail experiences that captivate consumers.
  • Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, photo editors and content creators to execute high-quality visual storytelling.
  • Develop and approve high-impact creative content, including product packaging, e-commerce visuals, product and marketing videos, digital and print ads, social media assets, and in-store displays.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure creative output drives engagement, brand loyalty, and revenue.
  • Manage external creative partners, including agencies, freelancers, and production teams, to expand our creative capabilities.
  • Lead in house and external production studio operations, overseeing product photography, video production, and post-production workflows.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing emerging technologies such as AI-driven design tools, 3D rendering, motion graphics, and immersive content.
  • Establish creative standards and guidelines to elevate our brand across all platforms.
  • Measure and optimize creative performance based on engagement metrics, conversion rates, and consumer feedback.

What You'll Bring
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire, mentor, and build a high-performing creative team.
  • Deep expertise in branding and marketing, with a proven track record of creating visually stunning and commercially successful campaigns.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Mastery of visual design, photography, videography, and digital content creation.
  • Experience with key creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, AI-powered design tools, and 3D rendering software.
  • Understanding of print production, prepress, and packaging design processes.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability-you take projects from concept to execution with excellence.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both verbal and written) to communicate with external partners.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
  • Strong experience in graphic design, product design, or branding.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches, rebrands, or high-impact campaigns.
  • 10+ years of experience in similar position, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
