Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic

Creative Director - Content & Production

to lead our content vision and oversee all aspects of production. This role involves directing content shoots, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling, and coordinating with clients and models to bring concepts to life. You will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's creative direction and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:Content Oversight & Strategy:

Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with client goals. Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and brand consistency. Stay updated on social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.

On-Site Direction & Production:

Act as the on-site director for photo and video shoots. Guide photographers, videographers, and talent to achieve the best creative results. Ensure smooth execution of shoots, from setup to final wrap-up.

Photography & Visual Storytelling:

Capture high-quality photography that aligns with brand aesthetics. Oversee editing and post-production to maintain a consistent visual style. Collaborate with the team to enhance visual storytelling.

Client & Talent Coordination:

Communicate with clients to understand their vision and creative needs. Coordinate with models, actors, and other talent for shoots. Ensure all participants are briefed and prepared for production days.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in creative direction, content production, or a similar role. Strong understanding of photography, videography, and content creation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
