We are a boutique creative and fashion marketing agency based in Montreal and New York, specializing in high?end content production, digital storytelling, and strategic brand growth. We partner with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands to create elevated campaigns that convert.
The Role
The Production Manager is the driving force behind turning creative direction into reality. Once the Creative Director sets the concept, you take full ownership of planning and executing productions, including photoshoots, UGC content, influencer collaborations, and campaigns. You translate creative decks into actionable production plans, lead on-set quality control, manage logistics, scout talent, and maintain strong client communication. You also support influencer and PR initiatives, ensuring collaborations align with each brand's ideal customer profile.
This role sits at the intersection of production, content creation, and influencer coordination. You are hands-on, organized, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering elevated content that meets strategic goals.
The Ideal Candidate
You have production experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. You are confident directing creators, selecting talent, managing shoot-day flow, and overseeing styling and logistics. You are also people-oriented, comfortable communicating with influencers, sourcing UGC creators, negotiating partnerships, and fostering strong relationships. You stay ahead of content trends and can ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity and performance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Translate Creative Director concepts and photoshoot decks into detailed production plans.
Scout and select talent, influencers, and UGC creators aligned with each client's ICP.
Coordinate all pre-production logistics: wardrobe ordering, tracking, returns, props, locations, call sheets, and timelines.
Lead client-facing meetings for creative alignment, styling direction, and production updates.
Oversee full shoot-day execution, managing workflow, quality control, timing, and alignment with the creative vision.
Capture social-first content and assist UGC creators when needed, such as for short-form videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and organic-style shots.
Manage deliverables, approvals, post-production workflows, and final asset delivery.
Reach out to influencers for gifting or campaign collaborations; negotiate and coordinate deliverables.
Maintain communication with creators, track performance, and organize collaboration details.
Ensure merchandise and wardrobe are tracked, stored, returned, and managed efficiently.
Stay current with social media and content trends to inform production and influencer decisions.
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in production, content creation, or campaign operations, with a preference for the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of social media, UGC formats, and high-performing creative trends.
Experience scouting creators or managing influencer partnerships is an asset.
