We're growing quickly and are hiring a
Creative Assistant
who is excited to work closely with Julia and our dynamic team to bring our vision to life across digital, visual, and in-person experiences.
The Role

strong technical and organizational skills
.
As our Creative Assistant, you'll be Julia's right hand in creative execution - helping capture, design, and elevate the Agile Styling brand. From preparing sets for shoots, to capturing behind-the-scenes video, to designing beautiful client guides and brand assets, your work will directly shape how Agile Styling inspires and connects with a global audience.
You'll collaborate daily with Julia, as well as with our Marketing & Creative teams, Social Media Manager, and Operations team. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and bright energy are essential - this is a role where no two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content Production
Prepare and style on-site spaces for photoshoots and client sessions
Capture and edit engaging photo and video content (social-first + polished brand media)
Design downloadable client guides, resources, and marketing assets with a clean, modern aesthetic
Maintain an organized library of creative and media assets
Executive & Daily Operations
Proactively manage Julia's daily schedule, meetings, inbox, and priorities
Prepare agendas and keep projects on track
Coordinate logistics for events, client sessions, and travel
Client & Community Communication
Respond to client and follower inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintain a consistent brand voice across communications
Support onboarding and follow-ups for clients and collaborators
Collaboration & Partnership Outreach
Research and reach out to potential brand partners, media contacts, and collaborators
Coordinate communication, calls, and follow-ups with agencies, influencers, and partner brands
Project Coordination & Task Management
Track content calendars, launches, deliverables, and ongoing projects
Collaborate with contractors (designers, editors, marketing partners) to keep workflows efficient
Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations as needed
Social Media & Content Support (Bonus)
Assist with organizing and scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, and other platforms
Support shoots and manage media assets
What We're Looking For
Strong creative eye with proven design skills (clean, stylish, modern aesthetic is a must)
Highly proficient in
Canva
and other design/editing platforms
Experience capturing and editing photo/video for digital and social platforms
Bright, enthusiastic energy with a proactive, can-do spirit
Strong communication and organizational skills - you anticipate needs before being asked
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, task/project management tools)
Local to Vaughan/Toronto and able to work on-site regularly
Passport-ready and willing to travel as needed
Bonus Skills:
Graphic design, photography, influencer marketing, social media management, video editing, or content creation for lifestyle/fashion brands.
