You will be responsible for:



Receiving and placing metal in the appropriate location Unloading trucks and checking the quality of the material Bringing carcasses and other ferrous materials to the shredder loading area Transporting bins of non-ferrous material Loading ferrous products destined for customers Performing material identification tests using appropriate products or magnets Evaluating cuts of material that are not sellable Taking physical inventory of stock according to the established schedule Recording material weights in your report upon arrival and departure from the site Greasing, as needed, different parts of your machine requiring lubrication Washing the machine, when required


Qualifications

To join our team:



You are able to drive and operate a heavy vehicle You hold your construction equipment competency card You have a valid Class 5 driver's license You have at least one year of experience in a similar role You are conscientious about health and safety You have good priority management skills You have good communication skills * You work well in a team
