You'll use your hands-on skills to build and assemble high-quality, heavy-duty doors using advanced tools and equipment. Every day is different -- whether you're doing repairs, quality inspections, or supporting continuous improvement efforts, your work will matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts using various hand tools and fixtures
Perform equipment setups and adjustments
Complete repairs and tear-downs as needed
Monitor quality and report issues proactively
Follow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and 5S standards
Collaborate with team members and maintain strong communication
Participate in training and cross-training opportunities
Support a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-focused manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing role
1-2 years' experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to work flexible shifts and overtime when needed
Physically able to stand, lift, and bend for long periods
