Tool Shed Brewing, the OG of craft beer in Calgary, is on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our crew as a Part-Time Brand Ambassador / Retail Merchandiser. Role Summary:

As our Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Tool Shed where you will be whipping up enthusiasm and sampling our awesome brews to snag new fans. This position will heavily focus on local liquor stores but special events and on-premise tastings will happen just to mix things up a bit! To be a rockstar ambassador, you will bring an infectious energy and love for craft beer, you will know our beers inside and out and be a kick ass storyteller, cause our beers are best served with a story.

With our figurative merchandiser hat on, you will be supporting our sales team by helping ensure that we have kick ass displays and positions in retail stores and that our liquid is getting the love it deserves.

Brand Ambassador Key Responsibilities:

- Rock local liquor stores with product tastings that turn curious sippers into die-hard Tool Shed advocates.

- Spread the word about our brews, NA's and BBQ by creating a buzz that'll have everyone talking.

- Track your sample usage and sell through rates

Retail Merchandiser Responsibilities:

- Swing by our local retail partners to make sure our brews are front and center, looking sharp and ready to fly off the shelves.

- Keep an eagle eye on inventory levels and make sure our beers are always stocked and looking their best.

- Build solid relationships with store peeps so Tool Shed is always top-of-mind and top-of-shelf.

- Keep solid records in our CRM about the daily hustle

Qualifications:

- You're a craft beer enthusiast who's eager to spread the love.

- Sales, retail, or customer service experience? Even better!

- Superb communication skills--you can chat up anyone and make 'em smile.

- ProServe certified, so you can handle our liquid gold.

- Flexibility to work around 10-20 hours a week, with potential for more during events like Beerfest--because who doesn't love a good beer fest?

- Fridays/Saturday afternoons are common in-store tasting times.
