We achieve all of this with the hospitality mindset.Coworkly is actively seeking a friendly, analytical and detail-oriented person to be the face of Coworkly in the role of Community Manager.You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing operational tasks with excellence.This is your opportunity to take ownership and responsibility of a mission-driven business with the complete support and experience of the owner.The community manager responsibilities include:- Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction.- Give tours to potential members in a manner that would make them crave to join the community.- Pay attention to details and provide members with service even before they ask for it.- Open and close the space, prepare the kitchen and keep it in a clean and tidy condition.- Ensure that new members will fit with Coworkly's cultural dynamics and mission.- Manage all space operations to the satisfaction of members.- Assist the owner in sales/marketing and outreach activities.Who you are and experience:- You are a people's person with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.- You have the ability to work independently with only occasional interactions with the owner.- You are fluent in English. The ability to speak French is a plus.- You pay attention to details and have an excellent memory.- You have high-level work ethics, empathy, and dependability.Note that being a small and an emerging business we may not have a formal structure yet. You must be able to adapt and find solutions on the go. If you are used to working for a huge corporate entity with a bureaucratic structure, one where you're taught to follow a script, you may find this job extremely challenging to cope with.The start date for the job is September 1, 2022.P.S.
