Course Description
The psychology and practice of supporting the strengths and talents of all students across educational and community settings . Strength and talent-based programs and activities, assessments to discover student strengths and talents, classroom adaptations, application of strength and talent-based approaches to curriculum design.

Master's or PhD in Educational Psychology, Human Development, Applied Psychology, Child Development, Clinical Psychology, or equivalent
Experience/Experience
Demonstrated familiarity with inclusive education and working with diverse populations
Graduate level training in strength based approaches for all students
Experience working with teachers

Additional Information
Effective dates of appointment are December 29, 2025 to May 1, 2026. Course dates are from January 5, 2026 to April 14, 2026. This course will be offered in-person on campus at McGill.
