Course Description
Seminar and field practice in the administration and interpretation of instruments that assess cognitive functioning and psychosocial functioning as it relates to cognitive abilities and academic achievements. The course covers the selection and evaluation of instruments, ethical test use, test administration, report writing, and communication of test results.

Exigences de Qualification Pour L'Enseignement/Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education/Education
PhD in Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, School/Applied Child Psychology, Counselling or equivalent
Experience/Experience
Licensed as a psychologist for a minimum of 5 years
Graduate level training or graduate level teaching in cognitive assessment
Clinical experience in psychological testing
If 3 years or more post-degree, evidence of continuing education (minimum 15 CE hours per year)
