Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of materials during transport. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in driving is preferred, including knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with team members and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting and move items safely within the warehouse environment.
