We are a locally owned and operated countertop company serving Winnipeg and surrounding area for over 10 years and are looking for a

Countertop Templater

to join our team.

You'll be working with our

state-of-the-art FlexiJet digital templating system

to capture precise measurements of cabinetry for custom countertops. This is a key position that bridges our customers, design team, and fabrication shop.

Responsibilities

Travel to residential and commercial job sites around Winnipeg to perform countertop measurements. Use our

FlexiJet digital measuring system

to create

accurate

digital templates for fabrication. Verify all cabinetry, walls, appliances, and site conditions before finalizing the template.

Communicate clearly with customers onsite

-- confirm details like sink/cooktop cut-outs, edge profiles, and backsplash preferences. Review templated files, photos, and notes before sending them to the fabrication team. Coordinate with project managers, installers, and shop staff to ensure smooth handoffs. Maintain company equipment and vehicle , ensure FlexiJet is properly handled and stored. Uphold safety and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

Experience

in countertop templating, measuring, or related trades (cabinetry, stone fabrication, installation, etc.).

Strong measurement and spatial skills

-- detail-oriented and precise. Comfortable using

digital tools

and basic computer software (CAD or templating programs). Valid

driver's license

and clean driving record (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided). Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work on active construction sites.

Excellent communication

and customer-service skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Strong attention to detail

with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
