Position Overview

Victory Stone is seeking a highly skilled Stone countertop Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high quality stone countertop installations, however training will be provided.

This position is based out of our new state of the art fabrication facility located in the Mt.Uniacke business park

Your key responsibilities are:

Make a good impression on your customers by adhering to high quality work, positive work ethic and ensure project time deadlines are met Ensure you have all the necessary supplies, tools and materials to complete the project without any call backs or delays Ensure every project is installed to the highest standard in an efficient manner

Day-Day activities:

Prepare, organize and load specialized transport A frames with custom fabricated stone. Review project paperwork and ensure all materials and supplies are ready for installation Arrive at jobsite, analyze access and create best action to maneuver the pieces of stone with specialized handling equipment Perform the installation as part of a team with attention to detail on all levels of installation. Mount sinks, set seams etc. Clean the project, inspect the installation and review project with client Assist with shop related duties to ensure shop production time frames are met so projects are completed and installed within the specified time frame Other duties as it relates to assisting other members of the team on job sites and/or in the shop to assist with shop/office setup

Requirements:

Team player with ability to work towards common team and company goals

Valid drivers license with clean abstract*
Able to travel for work when required Be in good physical shape, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Wage will be based on experience and work ethic Only selected candidates will be contacted Performance based pay. Reviewed annually. Overtime Weekends as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 48 per week
