Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Auphan POS system. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests, checking back for satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours or when short-staffed.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus but not mandatory.
