Are you a customer service superstar looking for an opportunity to work with an exciting, driven, and passionate hospitality company? Look no further! We are currently seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team as a Guest Service Associate and Counter Server.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner at the service counter Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards Maintain a clean and organized service counter area Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
