Counter Sales \xe2\x80\x93 North Battleford What we are looking for: Anderson Pump House Ltd. is looking to add a Counter Sales staff member to our growing team in North Battleford! The ideal candidate for this role is a customer focused individual with a strong work ethic and a sales-oriented background. Industry knowledge is a strong asset. What you can expect from the job: \xc2\xb7 Work hours from 8:00 AM \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 PM Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday. Occasional overtime work and Saturday scheduling will be required. \xc2\xb7 Placing in-person or phoned-in customer orders, retrieving products and arranging for shipping if required. \xc2\xb7 Submit quotes or RFP responses to potential customers where possible. \xc2\xb7 Making sales calls or contacting assigned customers on a regular schedule and completing reporting as required. Some travel may be required. \xc2\xb7 Communicate, investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues with management as they come up in a timely and professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Assisting/backing up the warehouse and picking orders as required. \xc2\xb7 Completing required paperwork and reporting. \xc2\xb7 Talking with customers and providing a high level of customer service. \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team, covering responsibilities and customers, working together to achieve revenue and margin targets and to grow and expand the business. What is required: \xc2\xb7 Minimum grade 12 graduate. \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills required. \xc2\xb7 Valid drivers license required. \xc2\xb7 Must be a high energy individual \xe2\x80\x93 will be required to be on your feet for most of the day, some heavy lifting will also be necessary. \xc2\xb7 Sales experience preferred.
