We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Help to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions efficiently. Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space following food safety guidelines. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations. Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for serving others and contributing positively to the team dynamic. Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
