Job Summary

We are looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our fruit and bubble tea shop.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS. Prepare drink and food items according to established recipes and standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness at the counter area, including regular sanitation of surfaces and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies and reporting shortages.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with food handling practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Experience with cashiering duties is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude towards learning new skills related to food preparation and serving.
