Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cosmetic Production Line Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the assembly and production of cosmetic products within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing facilities, familiarity with assembly line operations, and mechanical knowledge to ensure smooth production processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality product creation while developing skills in manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Duties

Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure efficient production of cosmetic products Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery Support the movement and organization of materials within the production area, including warehouse tasks Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures Support inventory management by tracking supplies and finished goods as needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Skills

Prior experience in manufacturing or factory settings is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to assembly lines and machinery operation Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical repairs Warehouse experience including material handling and inventory management Ability to operate forklift equipment is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to cosmetics or similar products is advantageous
This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a dynamic environment. Prior experience with assembly lines, factory work, or warehouse operations will be highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.55 per hour
