Join our cosmetic practice as the Cosmetic Office Manager--the heartbeat of our patient experience and operational success. We're seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in cosmetic consultations and prior treatments to lead our front office, streamline workflows, and ensure every patient feels like VIP from the 1st contract with us to a consult to post-care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with clinical procedures, formal interactions with patients and maintaining the overall success of the relationship between our company and clients. This position requires an individual who is self-aware and takes responsibility for their actions.

What You'll Do

Lead cosmetic consultations: Guide patients through treatment options (Botox, fillers, lasers and non- laser treatments and surgical consults) using your clinical knowledge to set realistic expectations and close packages. Manage daily operations: Oversee scheduling, inventory. Drive revenue: Suggest treatment plans, implement and manage membership programs, and track KPIs (conversion rates, retail sales, rebooking %). Team leadership: Train & mentor staff members; resolve escalations with poise. Patient journey ownership: From inquiry ? consult ? treatment ? follow-up.
Requirements

3+ years as a Cosmetic Coordinator, Treatment Consultant, or Office Manager in aesthetics/plastic surgery Proven track record and monthly treatment plans EMR proficiency (Nextech, Jane App, Accuro or similar) Active knowledge of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, Lasers, non-LASER Thechnollogies and more. Exceptional phone etiquette--can convert 80% of inbound leads to consults
REQUIREMENTS:

-Strong leadership skills

-Hardworking, enthusiastic, goal oriented individual

-Certification or diploma in Medical Esthetics, Cosmetology or Laser Technician

-Knowledge of Chemical Peels, IPL and other cosmetic technologies

-Experience in a cosmetic setting (medispa, etc.)

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Bilingual (preference)
