Evaluate the delivery of social and community service programs Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff Establish administrative procedures Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups Resolve conflict situations Coaching Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
