As a Corporate Travel student, you will enter the world of business travel in a position that offers a wide range of duties and learning experiences. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in both commercial air travel, charter air travel along with car and hotel bookings for all of our Canadian Natural employees.

• Job location: Calgary, Alberta \xe2\x80\x93 Head Office
• Shift schedule: 5d2x/8 HR (full-time)
• Term length: 4 months
• Term start: May or September 2024
• Safety sensitive position: No

Key Accountabilities:

• All Travel inbox\xe2\x80\x99s are monitored and requests are actioned in priority order to meet travel deadlines
• Telephone requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
• Ensure that careful and complete records are kept for all transactions
• Pre-trip approval is obtained prior to booking and that the Approver, Cost Code and Purpose of Travel are included
• All Business Travel Policies are adhered to

What You Bring to The Role:

• Enrolled in or graduated within the last year from a post-secondary program in Travel and Tourism
• Knowledge of the Sabre booking system as preference, but experience in any GDS system is a requirement
• Strong skills in both Microsoft Excel and Outlook would be an asset
• The ability to work in a faced pace environment in a team setting
