THE ROLE



The Summer Student will assist the company with tasks set out by various teams, such as administration, research, data capturing and working closely with different team members to learn more about the company.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the set up and execution of company and client social events based; Assist with various administrative duties as needed including, but not limited to, filing, organizing office files and supplies, and other duties such as setting up new employee workstations; Collection of incoming mail and coordination of outgoing mail, including inputting Purolator and calling in courier mail; Scanning of documents throughout the office; General administration duties including keeping prep kitchen facilities clean and tidy, completing requests for catering and boardroom bookings for events/meetings, etc.; All other duties or special projects as assigned.

WHAT WE REQUIRE



Bonus points for being a whiz with Excel and Microsoft Suite. Bonus points for insurance knowledge or industry experience. Be enrolled as a Student in a business or an office related program. The ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Must be approachable and helpful.
