ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, based in Downtown Vancouver, is rapidly growing and needs support with all things related to their sales initiatives. As the Corporate Sponsorship Specialist, you\xe2\x80\x99d play a key role in representing the organization through fostering relationships with sponsors and partners and handling digital advertising and communications.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Corporate Sponsorship Specialist would report to the Business Development Director. You\xe2\x80\x99d handle sponsor relations, sales, and advertising. This is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days in office.

• Maintain working relationships with partners and sponsors
• Research potential new clients and negotiate related contracts
• Coordinate with other teams to schedule advertising and create proposals
• Create content specific to target markets
• Travel around BC for events, once a quarter

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in sales, advertising, or event management
• Experience with B2B sales
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Team player, motivated, and able to prioritize and problem solve

COMPENSATION

• Base salary (dependent on experience) + commission structure \xe2\x80\x93 $75,000 to $95,000 OTE
• 3 weeks\xe2\x80\x99 vacation
