Job Description

Olde Town Hills Community Limited is a Nova Scotia-based land development firm which is specialized in the planning, design and development of progressive, distinguished and technologically-friendly communities in Atlantic Canada. The company has its first project in the Town of Bridgewater and The Municipality of the County of Lunenburg, where it is developing 43 acres of land for residential, commercial and recreational usage.

The Company is seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager.

The position is full-time (30 hours/week) and permanent.

The Corporate Sales Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Plan, implement and direct the company's sales;

Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;

Determine strategic planning related to new product lines;

Plan, design and organize the company's regional and divisional sales operations;

. Expert in approaching the customers and improving customer experience;

. Work collaboratively with marketing team and with creative team to develop campaigns and concepts;

. Assist in building the company digital marketing Strategy;

. Assist in marketing activities to promote the adoption of smart city strategies through awareness campaigns, developing case-by-case customised solutions;

. Assist in developing and maintaining digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. blogs, email, social media);

. Assist in conducting research of various platforms, services, and current media strategies to identify opportunities for growth;

. Assist in establishing and communicating marketing messages to the Company's target audience.

Position Requirements



? a corporate sales experience,

? at least 5 years' experience as a senior/executive sales and technical manager leading a technical, commercial and sales force and effectively collaborating with other related departments;

? a proven strong business experience; strategizing, development, budgeting, implementation and management of product development, sales budgets, plans and strategies in multinational firms;

? strong project management skills;

? ability to demonstrate sales and marketing in digital age;

? ability to create customer campaigns,

? full proficiency of creation and follow up of customer leads

? Experience establishing and leading different accounts and sales regions and independent distributors as well as partners/vendors/service provider relations.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? The Salary is $43.75/hour
