As we expand, we are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead, develop, and motivate our growing sales team.

Position Overview:



As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales consultants, drive performance, and play a direct role in scaling our operations. You will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, coaching and developing sales representatives, managing client accounts, and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

Responsibilities:



Lead, coach, and manage a sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met or exceeded. Recruit and onboard new sales consultants, providing training and regular performance feedback. Drive direct sales efforts within assigned territories through active participation in business development activities. Oversee key merchant accounts, providing installation support, troubleshooting, and account management services. Track and report on team performance, lead flow, and customer feedback using CRM tools such as Pipedrive. Represent Blockpay Innovations at trade shows, job fairs, and company events. Conduct weekly coaching sessions, on-site field training, and monthly team-building activities. Collaborate with company leadership to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Requirements:



Previous experience in sales leadership or sales management, preferably within payment processing, telecommunications, or B2B sales environments. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management (Pipedrive experience is an asset). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for regional travel. Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours for events or meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
