Providing a Front of House service within reception, you will be playing an instrumental role in delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Role Responsibility:
Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner.
Meet and greet all visitors and advise host of visitors arrival.
Act as point of contact for incoming calls.
Operate switchboard in a timely and professional manner.
Effectively build and maintain professional relations with both internal and external contacts.
Up keep of meeting rooms and report any issues to the Facilities team.
Replenish Front of House refreshments when required.
General administrative support.
Providing Health and Safety information for new starters (i.e. New Starters Building Induction).
Keep reception tidy and presentable.
Meet and greet visitors, contact their hosts.
Update daily visitor list.
Assit with visitir pass requests when required following security process.
First class customer service.
Good keyboard skills and Excellent communication skills are required.
Answer emails relating to requests for Daily needs.
Answer phone and book visitor parking spaces.
End of day print out the Day Needs List for meetings.
Provide input to the team regarding improvements to services.
