Full-time, permanent position;
Salary range between $45k/year and $70k/year (depending on experience)

Possibility of telecommuting in hybrid mode;Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation for incorporation, organizations, amendments, dissolution, extensions, rollovers, share capital and other corporate transactions;
- Perform due diligence on minute books and make necessary adjustments;
- Draft annual corporate resolutions and maintain corporate records;
- Manage clients\' corporate files and participate in various projects related to the firm\'s corporate law practice;
- Participate in the ongoing development of junior paralegals;Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years\' experience in corporate law;
- College diploma (DEC) in paralegal techniques or equivalent;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (knowledge of Minute Box is an asset);Summary
