Their Business Law Group provides a wide range of services to their clients, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, intellectual property, franchising, banking and financing matters, the development of contracts and other agreements, business succession planning and general corporate and business advice to their clients.

They are seeking a corporate lawyer with 3+ years of experience to join their Business Law Group.
