Scope & Responsibilities

Our Business Law Group provides a wide range of services to our clients, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, intellectual property, franchising, banking and financing matters, the development of contracts and other agreements, business succession planning and general corporate and business advice to our clients.

Skills & Qualifications Required

We are seeking a corporate lawyer with 3+ years of experience to join our Business Law Group.
