Our client, a small boutique business law firm doing high level Bay St. type work, is seeking a lawyer with 10+ years experience to do M&A, corporate finance, general corporate, strategy, and early-stage tech work. The successful candidate will be running deals and working directly with blue chip and early stage tech clients, family offices, and high net worth investors. Reasonable hours and balance, flexible work model, strong tech backend (IT, precedents, cloud, billing/admin), competitive compensation, and great growth potential.
