Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting a Corporate Law Clerk for our downtown London office.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a Law Clerk or similar program Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Law Cler or Legal Assistant with a focus on Corporate Law Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Commitment to excellent client service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

The right candidate will be proficient in the following areas:

Incorporation Amalgamation Share Purchase and Sale Annual Resolutions Drafting documents Maintaining and organizing corporate minute books Filings with appropriate agencies Business name registrations
