Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for commercial operations, corporate compliance programs, and insurance coordination.
Report to Legal Counsel. Requires hands-on experience with international commercial contracts, corporate compliance, and insurance policies.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Contracts:
Review daily high-volume workflow and collaborate with Legal Counsel on complex matters
Draft and review sales, rental, purchasing, consulting, agency, and non-disclosure agreements and amendments
Drive contract efficiency for business and operations teams with 24-48-hour service levels
Manage contract development, approval, execution, and distribution to internal/external stakeholders
Collaborate with Legal Counsel to develop standard contracts, risk matrix, and standard terms and conditions to support business objectives and facilitate deal closure
Maintain corporate contract repository
Compliance:
Perform anti-boycott quarterly checks
Monitor export controls & sanctions across Americas, Asia, Middle East, and Europe
Conduct anti-corruption verification as needed
Insurance:
Coordinate, update, and track all corporate insurance records
Maintain updated coverage summary charts
Communicate with insurance agents and carriers as needed
Assist with insurance claims as directed by Legal Counsel
Education and Experience:
3+ years in contract management roles
Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or comparable field
Certification in contract management is a plus
