The first impression of Enbridge Centre is often a result of the personal interactions that take place between the Lobby Concierge and our tenants and guests. The goal is to create a sense of place through personal interactions that result in an elevated customer experience which will increase the propertys reputation as market leader.Hours of work required for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm, and this is a 16 month contract assignment.Warmly welcome and greet all tenants and visitors with a genuine, professional, and unobtrusive demeanor.Build a strong rapport with all levels of tenant personnelxe2x80x94from executive assistants to senior decision-makersxe2x80x94by engaging in regular, thoughtful conversations to better understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.Serve as a knowledgeable and resourceful point of contact, responding to tenant and guest inquiries regarding building services and surrounding amenities.Promote in-house retail offerings and services and assist with transportation arrangements including taxis and rideshares.Proactively anticipate tenant and guest needs, offering suggestions and solutions before being asked.Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of the buildings facilities, services, amenities, and the surrounding community.Coordinate and participate in special functions and building events, as directed by management.Bring forward new ideas and creative initiatives to enhance the tenant experience and overall building culture.Stay informed on current events to engage in meaningful and relevant conversations with tenants and guests.Ensure the lobby and front entrance areas remain clean, orderly, and in line with safety guidelines.Escort and direct guests to appropriate tenant floors, ensuring they feel guided and supported throughout their visit.Respond to guest concerns, questions, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.Support Property Management with administrative and operational tasks as required.Attend weekly management meetings and maintain open communication with the management and security teams to ensure seamless daily operations.Represent the buildings commitment to hospitality and service excellence through a professional appearance, attitude, and approach at all times.Set up and take down of Summer Plaza Games.Other duties as requested.QualificationsMinimum Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma, Post-Secondary diploma, or degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Two or more years experience and previous success in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or commercial property management industry.A seasoned customer service professional.Outgoing, friendly and customer-service focused.Resourceful team player whose integrity will build strong and trusting relationships with tenants and teammates.Strong self-confidence, positive outlook, takes responsibility.Highly motivated self-starter, can-do attitude, high sense of urgency.Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.A confident communicator, both written and verbal.Effective questioning and listening skills.Professional presentation, well-groomed.Proficient in all MS Office applications. * Ability to lift up to 25lbs.Ability to operate a computer, phone system and general office equipment.Though occurrences are rare, they are accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters.ClosingAt Hines, we strive for excellence as a leading global real estate investment manager, driven by our by our belief that real estate is fundamentally about people.
