Parr Business Law, an independent law practice in Vancouver, BC, renowned for its focus on various aspects of business law, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal. ABOUT US: Our practice focuses on various aspects of business law, including incorporations, agreements, M&A transactions, and intellectual property issues. We also handle wills, estates, trusts, and estate planning, catering to a diverse clientele in British Columbia. We specialize in providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses, entrepreneurs and their families and enjoy an excellent reputation. In addition to providing outstanding legal services, our vision is to become the \xe2\x80\x9cgo to\xe2\x80\x9d educators on estate planning and business law topics in Canada through our unique video and other social media content. ABOUT YOU: We\'re seeking a skilled paralegal with expertise in corporate and real estate legal procedures. With a degree or diploma in Paralegal Studies and at least one year of experience, you\'re well-versed in complex transactions and legal tasks. Your adaptability, precision in legal documentation, and effective client interaction make you an invaluable addition. While we prefer candidates in or near Vancouver, exceptional remote candidates sharing our passion for legal excellence are also welcome. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal at Parr Business Law, you will:

• Assist in corporate transactions, real estate closings, and related matters.
• Conduct legal research and document preparation.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Manage and organize legal documentation and databases.
• Support lawyers in various legal tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A degree or diploma in Paralegal Studies.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate and real estate legal procedures.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Appara, and Clio is an asset.
