International Water-Guard is a fast-growing aviation company located in Surrey, British Columbia. We design and develop all our products and have experienced rapid growth through new product development and winning new customers. OVERVIEW

:

As IWG continues to grow, the need for a strategic and organized professional to facilitate senior management activities, deliverables, and schedules is required. This position, reporting to the CEO and Senior Management, will be responsible for coordinating Executive operations and ensure cross-departmental alignment on accurate and timely deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business mindset or background, combined with prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Manage the CEO's schedule and oversee the preparation and delivery of all reports required by ownership, coordinating with department heads to ensure accurate and timely reports.

Provide administrative support to the CEO and Senior Management team, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense reports and assisting with company event planning.

Assist the CEO and Senior Management with the creation and delivery of company communications and presentations.

Attend Executive meetings to record minutes and distribute actions to relevant stakeholders

Conduct industry research to ensure IWG is aware of changes in the landscape of customers and competitors

REQUIREMENTS



Post secondary degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience

3+ years supporting C-suite or Senior Leadership

Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create clear reports and analysis

Proven ability to coordinate and drive deliverables from senior management to meet deadlines

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
