As a
Corporate Sales Representative
, you'll be an integral part of our Sales & Marketing team, driving growth through strategic account management and new business development. You'll build lasting relationships with key clients, support corporate initiatives, and help shape how Safety Boss continues to lead in safety and emergency response services across Western Canada.
What You'll Do
Sales & Account Management
Meet or exceed revenue and profit targets for assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate clients.
Prepare proposals, bids, and pricing in alignment with company strategy.
Support implementation of corporate sales plans and initiatives.
Work closely with field and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Marketing & Brand Support
Support trade shows, promotional campaigns, and corporate marketing events.
Assist in creating marketing materials and digital content.
Represent the company at client meetings and industry functions.
Stay informed on market trends and client needs to inform marketing strategy.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records for client interactions and sales pipelines.
Contribute to forecasting and performance reporting.
Track progress toward goals and document all key sales activities.
Strategic & Team Collaboration
Identify new business opportunities and support service innovation.
Share client feedback and insights with the leadership team.
Collaborate across departments to improve customer satisfaction and delivery.
What You Bring
Minimum
10 years of industry experience (Drilling & Completions)
, with
5+ years in corporate sales
.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
